Does my purchase go towards helping anybody?

We're so glad you asked! It DOES! We are ecstatic to be partnering with GeeksOUT! Geeks OUT is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that seeks to rally, promote, and empower the queer geek community. They do so by organizing events, attending conventions, coordinating queer spaces at other events, launching advocacy campaigns, and producing Flame Con – the world’s largest LGBTQ comics and pop culture convention. Considering the state of the world today, we are stoked to be able to support a cause that is near and dear to our hearts. A portion of profits will go towards helping queer geeks find safe spaces to enjoy the world of nerddom that has brought us all together! Are the artisans compensated for their art/work?

Of course! As artists ourselves, it is of the highest priority for us to make sure our artisans feel fairly represented and compensated. We know each of these artisans personally and work to best showcase their work because we believe in the adage: "The High Tide Rises All Ships".
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the continental 48 U.S. states, but hope to expand our shipping options as we grow as a business.
You're SOLD OUT! How often do you restock? Can I Pre-Order for the next restock?

We currently restock each quarter (i.e. every three months). It takes a while for our artisans to create their wares (hand-made items take time!) so we give them ample opportunity to showcase their products to their highest standards. We DO offer Pre-Order slots and recommend using them! Knowing how many of each box theme are in demand makes it easier for us to restock appropriately and get y'all what you want in the most efficacious way!
How long will it take to get my order?

We are a 2 person team, which means that we typically have a 1-2 week processing time after the confirmation of purchase. Once shipped, domestic orders will usually take 3-5 business days. If you are in a hurry, expedited shipping is also an option for you to choose during checkout!
How do Traveler Tokens work?

Once you sign up, every purchase you make will earn you 2 Tokens for every $1 spent. After hitting 500 points (or $250 in sales), you will receive $10 OFF your next order! If you "Refer a Friend", you AND your friend will both receive 50 Tokens EACH! It really pays off to add more folks to your party!
I don't like a box's color theme/tea flavor/scent/etc.! Can I substitute things within the boxes?

Right now, we do not offer any customization or substitutions within the boxes themselves. We are a tiny, two-person team and do not have the capacity to switch things in and out at the moment. We hope to eventually offer this as we grow, though!
Do you use generative AI for any of the art?

Our priority is supporting hardworking human artists and their craft. Every design, sticker, and art print is designed by real, live artists that we know and support. For this reason, we do not use, tolerate, nor support generative AI.
Is there an age-range for these boxes?

These boxes are developed with adults (i.e. burnt-out gifted Millennials) in mind and you must be 18+ to purchase from our website. They include cocktail specs that are meant for 21+ guests, but as there is no *actual* alcohol in these boxes, there is nothing saying that you cannot order these for your favorite nerd of any age!
Can I purchase things from the box individually or a la carte?

Depending on demand, this is in consideration for the future! At the moment, we do not offer a la carte item orders, but please let us know if the demand is there!
Can I purchase larger format teas/candles?
