Return & Exchange Policy
If you are at all dissatisfied with your order, please email us at mikaela@jumpinjaxtavern.org within 7 days of arrival
for an exchange, replacement, or full return & refund!
Shipping Policy:
Jumpin' Jax Tavern Boxes ship out within a week of purchase and currently only ship to the United States.
Buyer is subject to the drop schedule and company/USPS time constraints.
United States Domestic Shipping is based on USPS requirements for item weight, size, and distance traveled.
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150.
We ship strictly USPS priority mail for US destinations.
Packages should arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.
Priority includes tracking and insurance.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please mail out your return item. After we receive the return package, we will go ahead and ship out your exchange. Alternatively, you can purchase the exchange item you want. We will mail that out immediately and then issue you a refund after we receive your first order item.
Returns & Refunds:
We believe in our products and their quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the day it arrived to return the product for a full refund.
All items need to be shipped back in the condition they arrived in, preferably in original packaging. If your item is damaged in return shipping, we may not be able to issue a refund. Please package items carefully.
We will notify you after we've received your return package and you will be refunded on your original payment method! Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We use USPS, UPS and DHL for most deliveries.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, Taxes:
Jumpin' Jax Tavern is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damage:
Jumpin' Jax Tavern is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
