      I got this as a gift for a friend. But I accidently put the wrong address.. however when I noticed the ceo was quick to fix the issue and I can't emphasize enough, made it get goal to fix the situation. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend got her gift before Christmas. Once she got it, she told me it is the best gift ever, best candle she ever smelled. A card that brought her to tears. And the best tea she has tasted. I have nothing but good things to say about this company
